Dear Mr. W.R. Shawn, I received an email from The Canadian Drug Store last night (this is where I purchase my prescriptions) and was very upset to find out the information from GlaxoSmithKline. I sat down and sent emails to my Congressman, the two Senator's, and three tv stations around here, plus I sent a letter to the manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline. Something you might like to know though, this morning one of the tv stations I emailed called me. They would like to interview me along with others about prescriptions and the ways we are finding places that are cheaper for us. And put it on the air. They will be interviewing me next week. I certainly hope that this will help the situation. Just thought you might like to know that some of us are very angry about this situation and I am willing to take a stand for it. I also emailed you a copy of the letter last night that I sent to all these places. Thanks for the information. God Bless

I just finished reading the article in USA Today regarding Glaxo's blackmail attempt against your service to us, the over-charged American people. WHAT GREED! I will continue to have all my prescriptions filled by your organization. Your service and pricing is unbeatable. There is always an alternative to a Glaxo product. I wholeheartedly will boycott/not purchase any Glaxo over the counter products. Tums, Aquafresh and Contact were products I have used. Never Again. I have also contacted AARP and asked them to send out an article to all the retired folks asking them to boycott GlaxoSmithKline products. In addition I have contacted PBS news and asked them to air the information. Since they are not dependant on advertising from the drug companies, I thought they would be more likely the air the information rather than the national stations. I Have contacted the senators and representative for my area and asked them to sponsor a bill that would have the US Government establish the drug prices fpr manufacturers who supply drugs to US Pharmacies. I suggested they use the Canadian method as an example. So I hope that my little emails combined with other customers of yours will get something moving in the US. Thanks for your letter!
