Please note that because of safety reasons and pharmacy law, medications cannot be returned. But, of course, our money back guarantee applies if your medication arrives in anything other than perfect condition.

If your medication arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer service department and we will credit your account or replace your order.

We will notify you either by e-mail or phone with our handy refill reminder service as your refill date approaches. We will not bill for or ship the refill unless we have received authorization from you.

We cannot accept insurance coverage from another country. However, we will provide you with a receipt that you can use to make an insurance claim. We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks (by direct debit to your bank account) and money orders.

If you are an existing customer with a new prescription to be filled, just fax us your prescription. That is all we need. You do not need to fill out the customer profile again. However, if you have some personal information that has changed please phone our customer service department to make us aware of it.

No order will be billed until it is ready for shipment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders and we also offer direct debit from your bank account. Direct debit payment entitles you to a 4% saving on all orders. Be advised that because of clearing issues money order payments take significantly longer than all other payment methods. Credit card charges will show on your bill as "Rx International Services, Inc."
