Order Filling Process

What we do when we receive your order:

- To start with, your prescription is reviewed by one of our pharmacy technicians to ensure it is complete and fits your Customer Profile.
- Then each prescription issued by your doctor is reviewed by one of our licensed medical doctors.
- Next it is submitted to a licensed pharmacist for dispensing in accordance with College of Pharmacists guidelines.
- Finally, we check the prescription against your order before sending it to you by mail. Generally all prescriptions are filled, checked and in the mail within 5 business days after they are received.
