Q : Do I need a prescription?
Answer :
Yes. You must provide a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice
medicine and to prescribe medications in the place where you live. No order will
be processed without a valid prescription.
Q : How large a supply of my medication may I buy?
Answer :
You may order only as much as your physician prescribes for you and we can send
a maximum of a three month supply. This is in order to save you on shipping charges
and to conform to FDA regulations regarding personal importation. We can however
have your repeats filled for you as they come up.
Also, all drugs will be shipped in their original manufacturers sealed packages.
Q : How do I order refills?
Answer :
We will contact you by e-mail before your supply runs out to inquire if you wish
us to ship you a refill. For customers without e-mail access, we offer an automated
refill reminder telephone service. This service will call you at least three weeks
in advance to remind you to order your refill. All refills may be ordered simply
by calling our toll-free customer service number at 1-888-372-2252 or emailing us
at refills@tcds.com.
Q : How do I change or cancel my order?
Answer :
You may change or cancel a new order within 24 hours of placing it. Refills are
processed as soon as received and cannot be cancelled or changed. Please note that
for safety reasons medications cannot be returned. But, of course, our money back
guarantee applies if your medication arrives in anything other than perfect condition.
Q : Why can't I buy Valium, Vicodin or other similar drugs?
Answer :
TCDS will not handle habit forming or narcotic pharmaceuticals, also known as scheduled
drugs or controlled substances in some countries. We specialize in chronic care
medicines that many people must take to sustain or improve their lives.
Q : Will you accept my insurance?
Answer :
We cannot accept insurance coverage from another country. However, we will provide
you with a receipt so that you may make an insurance claim.
Q : How do I pay?
Answer :
We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks (by personal checks to your bank account)
and money orders. All credit card charges will show on your bill as "Rx International UK".
If you choose to pay by personal checks you will be entitled to a 4% discount on all
purchases.
Q : Are there any hidden charges?
Answer :
Absolutely not. The price you see for your medication includes everything and shipping
is always free.
Q : Why do I have to fill out a Customer profile?
Answer :
Because our pharmacists cannot see you in person, they need to be able to assess
your prescription and the potential drug interactions based upon the information
you provide to them. They may even contact your physician if necessary.
Q : You are shipping brand name drugs from other countries, are
they the same as what I can buy at home?
Answer :
In short, the majority of the brand name drugs that you would be used to seeing
at your corner pharmacy are sold in most nations of the world. For different markets,
due to language and cultural differences they may have a different name or a different
colored box or even a different presentation (e.g. in Canada, the U.S. drug "Prilosec"
is called "Losec" and is a pill rather than a capsule, even though it is the same
drug made by the same manufacturer). In almost all cases though however, the
chemical name is exactly the same which means it is the same drug.
There are a few instances where a chemical is called a different name in a different
market (e.g. one of the chemicals in an asthma inhaler named "Combivent" is called
"albuterol" in North America but "salbutamol" in the rest of the world). These differences
though are rare. Most brand name drugs, although called different names in different
markets, are even manufactured in the exact same plants but just packaged differently.
Q : Why can I buy generic drugs from you that are not available
where I live?
Answer :
Because of differences in patent law many countries produce generic versions of
brand name drugs that are not available in the U.S. These versions are usually produced
for their domestic market and to export abroad to countries with similar patent
legislation. TCDS has positioned our pharmacies in many different parts of the world
to allow our customers to take advantage of the exceptional savings these generic
drugs can offer.

Q : Who makes these generic drugs and are they safe?
Answer :
TCDS offers generic drugs produced in Canada and India , two countries with large,
world class pharmaceutical industries. These drugs are subject to the same stringent
approval and regulatory process as brand name drugs and are used by millions of
people on a daily basis. The all have FDA, WHO (World Health Organization) and many
other regulatory agency approved manufacturing facilities.

Q : Why do you not sell all drugs?
Answer :
TCDS offers substantial discounts over what our customers are used to paying for
their medication. Not all drugs cost less around the world than in the U.S. Some
drugs have been generic for a long time and are therefore relatively inexpensive
at the corner drugstore. In these instances we recognize that they would be more
expensive to buy through us so we do not offer them for sale.
Q : How can I trust you?
Answer :
TCDS was designed with two very important goals in mind; maximum savings for our
customers and unparalleled choice of product compared to where they live.
We have been in business since 2000 and have saved hundreds of thousands of Americans
tens of millions of dollars, safely and efficiently. We have a long and illustrious
history which we only plan on improving upon. Our track record speaks for itself.
